Located in Dane Valley, Broadstairs A Manyweathers Properties built Industrial Park.
This was the first park built by Manyweathers Properties and is the smallest of the three.
Unit sizes range from 1000 sq ft to 2000 sq ft. There are no restrictions on this park. Motor Trade has been welcomed here. This park is now managed by its residents.
